I purchased 2 tablets for my children. The 1st tablet died within a month and had to be returned.
The second tablet died as well. It was returned ONE MONTH AGO.
I have sent several follow up emails with Absolutely no response. This is completely unacceptable.
You supplied TWO DEFECTIVE TABLETS and are not responding to ANY correspondence.
Failure to respond to my emails with a resolution, response and ETA when I can expect the replacement has forced me to file an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
If I do not hear a response on when I will receive the replacement I am assuming you have stolen my property and I will respond to the theft accordingly.
