We stand behind everything we sell. In most cases, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Any returns for refund will have a minimum 10% Restocking Fee applied. The Restocking Fee covers all the Shipping and Handling costs during the original order process.
 
Our Guarantee does not cover any damage that may be caused by improper use or accidents. If you believe your unit has or contains a manufacturing defect, you can have the unit returned it for inspection pending repair or replacement within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

For items Dead on Arrival (DOA) or items that have arrived damaged in Returns, you must submit a Return Request through us directly within 48 hours of receiving the unit(s). Please contact the shipping carrier you have chosen, and file a corresponding lost, damaged, or stolen claim, or simply reject the delivery when it arrives. We don't accept any rejected returns over the allotted 48 Hours unless if you provide the proof that this is not your remorse.

We reserved the right to test "Dead on Arrival" returns. A service fee of up to 20 percent of the total sales price may be imposed if the unit is not deemed “DOA/DEFECTIVE” after RMA inspection. The service fee excludes any external shipping fees if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned items that have been damaged through misuse, has been used, is missing parts, or is otherwise in any type unsellable condition will result in the customer being charged up to 50 percent restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

 

Returning or Exchanging Items
The policy on RETURNS OR EXCHANGES states that you will need to self-ship any units for returns or exchanges personally.
 
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.

Items must be in original condition and packing for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is unsanitary, hazardous, incomplete, or otherwise, to Contixo Returns Department, it may be rejected and returned at your expense.
We will not accept returns of any items 30 days past the initial date of purchase.

 

Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Contixo is not responsible for any packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
 
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.br> />You must return the items within seven business days of receiving your RMA requests (Return Merchandise Authorization) being issued to you.

It might takes 3-7 business days for the RMA team to process, inspect, repair or replace/refund, when the unit has been received in returns. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be credited to your Amazon account, Amazon will credit it to your bank or credit card that you used. We are not able to control of that between your Amazon account and bank accounts.

All returns must have the Order Number and the reasons for return. If the required information is not included, Contixo’s Returns Department may be unable to recognize and process your return in time.
 

Shipping:
After the orders have been shipped, we are unable to control the shipment, cancel the orders or change the address. It is buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and receive them when arrived. If the order delivery is refused, the order bill won't be refunded.
 
International buyers will be required to pay the import duties & taxes at their own costs.
