My tablet is unresponsive and won't turn back on.

My tablet isn't holding a charge.

Try charging your Contixo Kids Tablet with a different micro USB or Type-C cable. If it starts charging, the issue is with the supplied cable. If it still does not charge, email us at support@contixo.com and we will help you troubleshoot.

My tablet is running slowly. How can I fix it?

Close all apps, clear the app cache and do a factory reset. This can take a while depending on how many apps are installed. Once the reset is complete, your tablet should run much smoother. If that does not fix the issue, email us at support@contixo.com.

How do I factory reset my tablet?

The steps depend on your tablet model. You can find them on our Contixo YouTube channel.

My remote is paired, so why do the lights on my drone's legs keep flashing?

Your drone has not found a strong GPS signal yet. It needs GPS to use Return to Home or to be tracked in the app. It normally finds a signal within 2 to 3 minutes. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, email us at support@contixo.com.

Why does my drone drift side to side instead of hovering?

The drone's gyroscope needs to be calibrated. See your user manual for how to recalibrate. If it still drifts after calibration, email us at support@contixo.com.

Do I have to register my drone with the FAA?

All drones must be registered, except those that weigh 0.55 lbs (250 grams) or less and are flown only under the exception for recreational flyers.
