Please kindly try your third party micro USB or Type-C charging cable to try to charge your Contixo Kids Tablet. If the unit starts charging, the issue will have to do with supplied charging cable. If it does not charge, please kindly contact us at support@contixo.com and we will further assist you in trouble shooting the unit properly.
Please close all apps, clear app cache and do a factory reset. This step may take longer than usual depending on how many apps are installed inside the tablet. Once the factory reset is completed, your tablet will run much smoother. If this feature does NOT fix the issue, please kindly get in contact with us at support@contixo.com.

This is happening because your drone cannot find a strong GPS signal. In order for the drone to be able to use “Return to Home” or be tracked via app, it must find a GPS signal. The drone will normally locate the GPS signal within 2-3 minutes. If the drone fails to find GPS signal under 5 minutes, please kindly contact us at support@contixo.com to seek for assistance.
Your drone’s gyroscope is not calibrated correctly. See your user manual on how to re-calibrate. If after calibration, your drone continues to move excessively from side to side please contact us at support@contixo.com for assistance.
All drones must be registered, except for those that are under 0.55 lbs. or less (< 250 grams) and are flown exclusively under the exception for recreational flyers.
