Good customer service

Bought this for my granddaughter. She and her brother are having fun with it. I had an issue with a wire becoming detached from the battery but when I advised the seller, they dispatched a replacement at no cost. That's what I call exceptional customer service!

Good price !

We wanted to get a remote control excavator for our kids but did not want to break the bank with the super fancy ones. That being said, yes of course this model is not as tough the more expensive ones. That's why it's cheaper. We are very happy with the result, especially considering what we paid for it. I would suggest it for kids around age 6-8.

Fun toy

This was a birthday gift for my 9 year old grandson. He loves action vehicles. This is a real, though small, excavator.

Great gift, very happy with it

My little boy has been playing with this thing for a yr now. Hes 6. If it can last that long with my kid playing with it at least 3 months out of the yr then its a great item. He did run it through a mud puddle once and it took some drying out for it to work again and the water wasnt deep. So just keep it out of the water and I think any child would love it.

mostly plastic, but it works.

Ordered this for my son who is a construction vehicle enthusiast and he loves it. I'm always skeptical about the quality of remote vehicles but this seems like a great product, especially for the price. We haven't tested it outdoors yet but I'm assuming from what we've seen indoors that it will work great outside as well, will update if my opinion changes, but so far it's great.

This was a birthday gift for my 9 year old grandson.

Works just fine, but color a little dull to excite a young boy.

Awesome

We got this for my 5 year old brother for his birthday and he LOVED IT! He played with it every day since he got it with a remote control dump truck we bought him. He played with it in the sandbox and it still worked great when he brought it inside. It makes noises and also has a button for no sound and a button that made it do some moves by itself. This is definitely worth the money and a great gift for anyone.
