Great RC car for outdoor play. We have used it on grass, dirt, and even shallow water, and the kids have had a blast.
The car is fun and the kids like the water feature. I just wish the battery lasted longer between charges.
We hear you on the battery life. Extra batteries are available and can roughly triple your play time.
Lots of fun for the kids and the automatic demo is pretty cool. It took my son a little practice to get comfortable with the remote.

This is much more fun than a regular RC car. My kids love driving it on land and then taking it into the water.

It handles different surfaces well, although the battery doesn't last quite as long when we're playing continuously.
