Please and hold the power button for more than 3 seconds or charge the table for at least 3 hours.

Use the in-box charger and USB cable to charge your tablet.

Use your device closer to your router, if this does not solve the issue restart your router.

Please charge the tablet.

Please clean the screen of  your tablet.

Adjust screen brightness to a lower setting; close unused apps

Close unused apps;clear app cache and do a factory reset in Setting menu

Reset network connection;toggle airpla ne mode on/off

Close unused apps; clear app cache;

Reopen app;update app through Play Store

Restart tablet by holding power button for 8 seconds

Clear app cache and restart

Clear Play Store cache; open app settings and clear localsearch

Hold power button for Power Menu options

Low battery power;check for physica l damage

Check power cable;inspect power button if stuck

Check speaker port for blockage

Corrupt Software I Reset to factory default

The tablet does not support SG WiFi,it can only connect to 2.4G WiFi

Check if the USB damaged I Replace the charger

Insert a pinto press the reset button and restart the tablet

1. Press and hold the volume "+" and don't release it when the power is off, then press and hold the power button for 5-6 seconds.
2. After entering the next interface, use the volume keys to move the cursor to select "Wipe data/factory reset", and then click the power button to confirm.
3. After entering the next interface, select the "Yes" option, and then click the power button to confirm.
4. After entering the next interface, click the power button to confirm, and the tablet will automatically restore the factory settings .

Everytime Google Kids Space reboots,you may experience delays or white screen, which is normalbecause the Kids Space is more like an independent OS system rather than an APP, it needs time to pre-load.

Please don't click on any buttons before the setup stage is fully completed.otherwise you may receive an"ERROR" notice,and you may needto restart the setup process.

Google Kids Space is an independent Android Tablet exper ience with content to help kids discover,create and grow. Google Kids Space will make sure that Kids are safe from the inappropr iate contents and that is why it is NOT a click of a button to remove or log out from the Kids Space. Even the Kid reboot the tablet.it will run automatically after reboot.

During the initial setup of Google Kids Space. you may experience a slight delay inthe setup. This is normal as it is an initiation stage. Please stay patient as once the setup stage is fully completed. there shall be no additional hiccups in using the tablet.

*Please don't click on any buttons before the setup stage is fully completed. otherwise you may receive an "ERROR" Notice, and you may need to start over the setup stage.

If you have multiple kids profiles on Google Kids Space under a single parental Family Link account, whenever the device is rebooted, it will ask you to re-log into the correct account. We recommend that each kids' profile & the account is only registered under a single device to ensure the quality of the Google Kids Space experience.
