Sent wrong batteries. Got 1 apologetic email requesting photos of wrong merchandise. Followed up several times to get correct batteries. After several emails, called and was told I would be contacted same day. I have heard nothing, and still do not have correct batteries. I was lied to, ignored, and my paid order never fulfilled. Customer disservice, not service.
I ordered Contixo Replacement Drone Battery 2000mAh for F28 & F28PRO and I received a 1500mAh battery. I contacted the supplier and they said they would get back with me, to date I have not heard how this error is going to be resolved.
I received wrong size battery and im trying to return it but they didn’t let me return it

I want to return the battery, it's the wrong one, I have the newer drone, received the older model drone battery.
