On the Contixo website, The picture of the product I was ordering showed a 2000 mAh battery. When I received the product it was a 1500 MAH battery. A little disappointing considering these batteries last hardly no time to begin with. If you were doing drone photography work you better get that thing up in the air, get your work done, and get it down quick. But mainly disappointed because of the picture showing that I was going to get something that ultimately I did not receive.
I found it a very cost effective way to get more flight time out of the drone.

I bought a F28 drone and wanted extra batteries, but you sent the wrong size. Pictured below is the two batteries you sent me, (above) and the one which came with my drone (below) You can see the size difference. How do I return it and get the correct ones sent to me?
Sent wrong batteries. Got 1 apologetic email requesting photos of wrong merchandise. Followed up several times to get correct batteries. After several emails, called and was told I would be contacted same day. I have heard nothing, and still do not have correct batteries. I was lied to, ignored, and my paid order never fulfilled. Customer disservice, not service.
I ordered Contixo Replacement Drone Battery 2000mAh for F28 & F28PRO and I received a 1500mAh battery. I contacted the supplier and they said they would get back with me, to date I have not heard how this error is going to be resolved.

Arrived as promised. On time and fully charged. Gentlemen, thank you for your prompt service. Although there is a problem with one of the batteries listed below.

One of the batteries has malfunctioning battery charge indicator lights. It has a shorter run time, [10-13 min. with light wind speed [3-7 mph] as compared to the original battery that came with the purchase of the drone, on calm days, [20-23 min]. flight time in calm wind, [2-5 mph]. I get [16-20min.] flight time in wind speed [8-13mph].

Honestly the batteries are good everything including the drone is good, but your customer service is terrible, actually it’s the worst I have ever had to deal with. So bad I’ll never purchase or recommend anything you guys sell.
I have a drone there is a problem with it and trying to get help is impossible, yes when people are purchasing your there no problem, when you need help and call customer service, your diverted to your AI to press this button for whatever you need, it rings for 20 seconds then you get the dreaded message “ nobody is available to take your call right now, please email with X Y and Z and we will get back to you” what a joke been waiting ever since.
As a result of your terrible service I’ll be replacing my drone with another manufacturer and yours will be going where it belongs ….. in the trash can

Original received a battery that wouldn’t work with my drone. I contacted Contixo and they promptly replaced it with the correct battery. Great customer service and keep up the good work!

We bought the battery after waiting a couple months for them to be restocked. Price was good , quick service. Read other reviews the flying time is much less. The drone and controls work very well. Overall I'm pleased with the F28 Pro.
I bought one to increase flight time, & in case of battery failure. I good purchase.
