Contixo Replacement Drone Battery 1500mAh for F28 & F28PRO (For OLD Model)

Arrived as promised. On time and fully charged. Gentlemen, thank you for your prompt service. Although there is a problem with one of the batteries listed below.

One of the batteries has malfunctioning battery charge indicator lights. It has a shorter run time, [10-13 min. with light wind speed [3-7 mph] as compared to the original battery that came with the purchase of the drone, on calm days, [20-23 min]. flight time in calm wind, [2-5 mph]. I get [16-20min.] flight time in wind speed [8-13mph].

I was sent the wrong battery and reached out to Contixo to let them know and nothing. No response, NOTHING!! And yes, the battery was purchased through their website.

Battery DO NOT fit drone. Wrong item. Have been requesting refund and how to return item for almost 2 weeks now BUT Contixo is ignoring my request. I purchased the battery from Contixo!! 11.18.24

Honestly the batteries are good everything including the drone is good, but your customer service is terrible, actually it’s the worst I have ever had to deal with. So bad I’ll never purchase or recommend anything you guys sell.
I have a drone there is a problem with it and trying to get help is impossible, yes when people are purchasing your there no problem, when you need help and call customer service, your diverted to your AI to press this button for whatever you need, it rings for 20 seconds then you get the dreaded message “ nobody is available to take your call right now, please email with X Y and Z and we will get back to you” what a joke been waiting ever since.
As a result of your terrible service I’ll be replacing my drone with another manufacturer and yours will be going where it belongs ….. in the trash can
