I have been using it for some over view pics and I feel the camera is poor quality. we have used a different brand in the past and gotten beautiful Pictures while this one Blurry and poor quality it also has a glitched when the battery is low by flying straight up and ignoring controls and not landing when being directed.
The instructions tell you to connect to the drone but not how. I have been trying for about four hours to just get the controller to connect to the drone with total failure on each attempt. Nowhere on the BestBuy info do you find a how-to. Nowhere on the makers website do you find a how-to. I finally found instructions a frustrated user's comments where they said you have to turn-off all other wifi connections and apps on your phone to make it work. I"m sorry, but having to reconnect and restart takes the pleasure out of flying.
I thought I’d give this drone a chance so I went and bought it . Boy ! Did I make a mistake , good thing about this drone is the 4k video, it shows good clear videos and pictures and that’s it..the down fall with this drone is the battery, it dies in 15 minutes, not good at all and forget about finding a replacement because no one sells this battery not even eBay or Best Buy, I’ll never buy a toy drone from Contixo ever again and as for customer service, they are the worse..
I mean the drone works. And it’s an introductory drone. However I did expect the app to work a little better and the drone to be a little more stable. It’s easy to use and the range is eh. I can go to the other side of my neighborhood before the video feed starts to get choppy. Frankly, the only good thing I have to say about the drone is that it works and it serves its purpose. Do not have high expectations when you purchase the drone or you will be let down. If you want to have a cheap drone to fly for fun go ahead but do not buy this drone for any kind of picture taking purposes.
I flew it to test and it flew nice and smooth. The camera has a great angle and I would recommend this drone to drone lovers.
